Apartment was so gross when we moved in. Issue after issue. Manager Angie is impossible to reach at any time of the day. After moving out charges us for the carpet. Emailed 3 times from 9/24/20 - 10/13/20 asking for list of charges. Received a reply finally by 10/16/20. Notified about the replaced carpet then. No deposit return. 10/21/20 I asked for an itemized Bill and pointed out the fact that I emailed her about the gross carpet including pictures and videos (mold was growing out of it and it smelled like cat) when I firs... read more
Brown Recluse and other pest infestation continuous during the first 6 weeks of move in. Unit was sprayed every week for continual recurrence of spiders/brown recluses. Spider webs everywhere in unit, spiders found in personal items. 5X5 inch area of black mold upon move in, was cut out and replaced, bathroom continues smelling moldy ever since. The exhaust fan needs to run 24/7 in the bathroom to alleviate the odor. 12' hole underneath bathroom sink, exposing pipes and the neighbor's unit. Can see inside the neighbors... read more
