Today I was at an appointment and when I came out my car would not start, no lights, no power, nothing. This has happened a few times with this car and I was frustrated and angry. Called the dealership and explained and well she told me to get it to them so they could get it resolved. I was all alone. Single female and was going to need a ride with the tow truck driver to them so they could get me home after we got the car all checked in. My driver was in an accident with the company tablet and product in the vehicle. He wasn't allowed to get our stuff out our vehicle. Was told the driver was impetuous. The staff at the wrecker company treated all involved snidely. We aren't some fly by night operation!! Don't like you!! I see others don't either. I wanted to use my friend's service, Hartsell Towing, Mint Hill. My stuff better be in the vehicle.

they caused 1200 dollars worth of damages to my car and refuse to pay for it. At first they acted like they were going to pay it but now that my car is in the shop they are ignoring me and won't take my phone calls or respond to my emails. If you are unlucky enough to have to deal with this bunch of trashy individuals make sure you take photos of your car when it gets there in case they hit it with another car because they will not pay for it. They are the absolute worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. They are rude and incompetent. they speak to people with disabilities like they are idiots and they charge yiunto get access to your car, when we did not even choose them after the accident. I have never had such a bad experience with a towing company in my life. Do not ever choose them. They need a course in how to properly speak to people and how to use modern technology. Worst business I’ve ever came into contact with. I was in a wreck and went to their office to get my property out of my car and to take a picture of my vehicle so I could send it to a mechanic to have an idea of what I should do with my vehicle before I have it towed to another location. They refused to let me see my car nor let me have any of my stuff out of car until I paid them $100. I had my Bible, money, clothes, and other valuable items in my car that I had every right to get.
