I'm writing this review for my aunt who trusted this company to represent her. They don't stand behind their work and they don't send your taxes out in a timely manner. Even though they guarantee it will get to the IRS before the timeline. She got a letter from the IRS stating they didn't receive her taxes on time and now there's a penalty. As much as we would like to believe that we can service all clients, there are some who just aren't a good fit for us. This is one example. We took this client on after their previous tax preparer filed an extension and then decided that he lacked the expertise to finalize the return. We received the information just before the extended due date. We always strive to accommodate our clients but we never handle any checks to the IRS or any State Department of Revenue. RecommendedWe used H&Rblock in the past because it was more convenient. This year we switched to Kelly Scruggs & it was well worth the trip down town. Everyone was very nice & she's really good. We will be back every year & if your reading this I recommend you do the same
Mark Thomas is amazing! He’s been doing my taxes for 8+ years. He’s always quick to answer any questions I might have. I have 6 rentals and over the years bought and sold several others. We honestly couldn’t make great business decisions without Marks support! I highly recommend him!
