I'm not 100% sure of what Mr. WIlliams did but he came to my house after we canceled the call so we allowed him to service our lawn mower. He was supposed to clean the cooperator do an oil change and change the blades. My husband actually had to go to home depot to pick up the blades for Mr. Williams to change them as he forgot them. I noticed that he was FINISHED relatively quickly and when I inquired about the oil change because there was no oil on the ground. He stated that he had taken the old oil to his car. I got stuck replacing the head on my Ego String Trimmer. After spending more than 2 1/2 hours attempting to reinstall the spring clip including a trip to buy a tool designed for this purpose I gave up and called Williams & Williams. He told me he was moving, but if I could be there soon he'd wait for me. It took this expert less than 5 minutes to finish what I had struggled over.
