The service dept associates were very friendly and professional. Service Advisor Jeff Bloome made setting up the service appointment very easy. The work on our car was done at time we were told it would be done. When I picked up the car Jeff reviewed all the work that was done and thanked me for having the work done at Williams Toyota. I recommend Williams Toyota to anyone looking to get service done to their vehicles.
There is no worse feeling than having your car breakdown while you are far away from home. I found the dealership looking in Google, and to my surprise I was treated like a longtime customer. Your employee, Jeff Groome’s knowledge and professionalism were notable as was Tammy’s with whom I also interacted who was equally impressive. I am glad and very satisfied with both the treatment and the results of my emergency visit, if I lived in the area I would you for my next purchase and the maintenance of my vehicles, thank you.
I dropped my car off before a 10 day vacation, there was a little hiccup and it wasn’t ready when I got back. But… they made it right, brought a courtesy car and made sure we were taken care of. Price of repairs was what was quoted and car is back to running good. Professional customer service, would go back again.
