We chose Williams because of its reputation for high quality components when planning our bathroom redo. However, the lack of communication, delays, loss of our order, and not ordering the complete set cost of a month of delays and hundreds of dollars of extra work. And then I found the exact same model on the shelf at Lowe's that I could have bought on the spot and walked out with. This could be an isolated incident, but Williams has lost a customer.
