Dr Williams has absolutely no bedside manner. He does not care about your health. I complained of vision issues and was ignored. I have 3 herniated discs in my back, and this man would not even sign a jury excuse for me! I guess he enjoys seeing others in pain and distress. I would not even take my pets to that s man!!
Dr. Williams always listens intently to my concerns. With having a heart attack and three stents placed within the last year, I have had to rely on Dr. Williams to help navigate me through this health journey. As my cardiologist just fixed me and pushed me out the door without much guidance. I always feel comfortable talking to him and his bedside manner is amazing. I have been seeing him for years and he knows me not only as a person but as a patient.
I was seen in a timely way. Everyone was very courteous
It reflects badly on this entire practice that an established patient must come to the office for an appointment so that the doctor will make a referral. I have to pay for an office visit, so will you send a FAX or an email? Message received, doctors—it's all about the money.
