I bought a PT 2.0 last October. I use it only to control the volume of sound when I watch TV. The other day it just quit: turned on but no sound. I called customer service and Tammy took the time to help figure out what might be wrong. It turned out to be the TV listening kit. She explained that this part of the product only carries a 90 day warranty. I spoke with her on Thursday morning and ordered a replacement part.
