They found a leak behind the wall through a small access opening, then moved quickly into the main repair by opening the wall, removing old cast iron drain pipe, and replacing it with new PVC. I was really grateful they were able to come out the same day for a shower valve replacement. The water suddenly would not stop running, and the faucet would not shut off. Trenton was very helpful in explaining whether a building water shutoff might be needed and how to identify the correct plumbing part. Bryson also did a great job going over the billing details and answering my questions about the tech tracker and arrival time.
