I was really grateful they were able to come out the same day for a shower valve replacement. The water suddenly would not stop running, and the faucet would not shut off. Trenton was very helpful in explaining whether a building water shutoff might be needed and how to identify the correct plumbing part. Bryson also did a great job going over the billing details and answering my questions about the tech tracker and arrival time. i had a stubborn clog in a branch sewer line in our older home. preston and bryson came out and used their sewer camera to find the issue, which turned out to be a bunch of roots growing in the pipe. they used their rooter machine to clear out the blockage and went even further down the line to make sure everything was open. after they finished, they used the camera again to show me that most of the roots were gone. they also put some root treatment in the pipe to help stop the roots from coming back. preston and bryson took... read more
