Love being able to pop in and get quick, attentive help from the staff here. Elisabeth was a huge help this week, hunting down kitchen towels and bridge mix for me. Thanks, y'all!
Store is always clean and well stocked. Staff is always so helpful and friendly.
Though this is a smaller Willliams Sonoma than what I am accustomed to having lived all across the country, it is great. The employees are always very kind and eager to assist if I have any questions or needs. I much prefer seeing things in person rather than shopping online, so having the ability to pop into this location in Wilmington is wonderful.
Williams-Sonoma shopper for many years. Visited the Wilmington, NC store in the Mayfair Shopping Center and purchased several items totaling a little over $300 on September 27, 2025. The lady who helped us was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the gentleman who she worked for was less than spectacular in nearly every way. He especially seemed lacking in common courtesy to customers. Perhaps he was at the end of a long shift, but he should do better when interacting with customers.
