Walked into the store was not greeted they (2 sales associates) were to busy talking & laughing with a gentleman in the store. After he left, I let the sales associate know that I needed to purchase a gift card. In the middle of my transaction the other sales associate interrupted & wanted the others attention for something she was doing on the computer. Rude...They need a customer service refresh class... As usual when I visit, the staff, merchandise and store are excellent. I attend the technical cooking classes often and LOVE, LOVE visiting the store for cooking and decorating ideas. I highly recommend anyone to stop by and always take out of town visitors to visit the La Cantera shop.
