The store associates followed us around the store as we were shopping. No other customer was treated like this so I’m really confused as to why we were. Also when asked if the store is hiring for the holidays I was looked up and down and told “no I don’t think so”. Then at checkout when my dad pulled his gift cards out they rolled their eyes at him. Enjoyed my buying experience this past Saturday with Kathy and the whole staff! We walked out with my new 13-piece All Clad set, free gift with purchase as well as a slow-cooker! Used the slow cooker on Sunday and it was great! Thanks to everyone who assisted us. I've always loved your store, but now my husband is a fan because of the sale. Thanks all!
I came in Friday after 5pm. It was not busy at all. Was on a mission looking for a new place setting for 8. A female came up to help, showed me some, I told her I was looking for something with color. Than found some that would work but liked the bowls that went with another set. She said let me go check and see if that style came in the color I wanted. She never came back than started helping other people. After being pushy to offer help at first than taking off for another customer how RUDE.
