I purchased a Miele coffee maker from WS. It was out of warranty, and I needed it repaired. When we called Miele, they said if it couldn't be repaired, they would give us a $300 credit, but it would cost $175 to mail. Poor service for a very expensive machine. When I went to WS to see if they could give guidance for repair, they offered a better trade in value, and we complete the transaction quick and painless. Great place with wonderful service. The selection beats all locations in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area except for the huge Galleria store.
