I purchased a Monogrammed cashmere throw as a house warming gift for my BIL. The color was not true, it is muddy, but more importantly the quality is quite substandard. When you pay the amount of money I paid for it, one expects a finer product. If you want soft luxurious cashmere purchase it somewhere else. I am so disappointed, I don’t even want to gift this.
Not normally moved to write poor reviews but this last transaction from WS rubbed me the wrong way. I went into the store to purchase cups (tumblers and regular glasses). I was helped by a genuinely helpful person I found some tumblers I liked but the glasses were not in stock but I was told they could be ordered and shipped to my home. So I purchased the tumblers in store and ordered the glasses in store to be shipped to my home I even paid for overnight shipping.
