Not normally moved to write poor reviews but this last transaction from WS rubbed me the wrong way. I went into the store to purchase cups (tumblers and regular glasses). I was helped by a genuinely helpful person I found some tumblers I liked but the glasses were not in stock but I was told they could be ordered and shipped to my home. So I purchased the tumblers in store and ordered the glasses in store to be shipped to my home I even paid for overnight shipping. Low selection .... you need to purchase entire sets of pots and pans .... if you need a replacement for one piece ... good luck ... for their prices, they need to be more customer centric.
Management and all workers were very helpful and patient. Specifically, Jen went above and beyond, and helping me with a large purchase, some returns, and even helped carry multiple trips to my truck in the parking lot. Wow. 🤩
