I made my first purchase at Williams Sonoma Online. The item was a birthday gift and I was given a delivery date of 11/22. I followed up on it today and found out that it was backordered and then cancelled but William Sonoma never contacted me. Now I have no birthday gift arriving for a very important person. If only they had told me when they first found out!! DO NOT depend on them!! This was my first and last purchase.
