Surprised & sad. Awful experience @ the NYC Chelsea location. I waited 15 minutes for assistance with a return. Only 2 staff members doing the best they can. Manager, refused to speak directly to me. Although I was standing 3 feet away from him. Instead, he relayed his "decision" through his staff member! Almost a week & haven't heard from senior mgmt. as I was told.
Not good customer service or clarity of policies for items. Unfortunately all these "high end" marketers have definitely deflated in service.
Good customer support and service. Store is nicely displayed with the comfort of home.
Friendly knowledgeable staff and they are always cooking great food in the store.
Everyone is always so helpful and excellent customer service especially Lisa the store manager.
