While I agree 90 days seems like a sufficient time to make returns. Make sure you want your purchase before you buy it. Because they will not be flexible with you at all. I wanted to return an item I never used, it still had all the stickers tags etc. on it. There was a death in my family and things sort of got put on the back burner. I was 9 days out of the return time and they weren't forgiving one bit! Last time I'll shop there for over-priced kitchen gadgets. It's sad when online customer service is better than in-store.... read more
