I am very unhappy with Williams Sonoma. Earlier this month I purchased,online, a 1 1/2 quart Calphalon elite sauce pan - Order #301252751575. I purchased it at 20% discount and applied 2 $25 gift cards given to me by Williams Sonoma. When the item arrived it was smaller than the pan it was replacing so I decided to get the next size up 2 1/2 quarts. Make sure to be dressed in formal attire if you’d like employee assistance! I came in to the Biltmore Village location today and was completely ignored. I think an associate might have said hello; but didn’t hesitate to help the older couple beside me. We took a stir fry class with Kevin as our teacher. We enjoy taking classes taught by Kevin. We always learn something new and enjoy the other participants. The staff at William Sonoma is very friendly and helpful.
I just left this store. They had the Fontessa Azzara gold silverware featured when you walk in the door with the Santa Dishes and all 4 place settings were tagged $139 for the 20 piece set. We went to check out and the manager said they mis-tagged all of them and she could not honor the price. Really. How do you do that? Disappointed you don’t honor what you clearly have marked and priced.
