I ordered a coffee grinder on June 15 and still have not gotten it, sent an email and was told it would be shipped July 19 2nd email said July 25 now I have another email says July 30-31, Please give a correct timeline. It still says it was ordered and not shipped if it is supposed to be here on the 30 or 31st it should have been shipped correct?
Card charged, merchandise not received, associate not able to give a refund because she states the transaction didn’t complete.... however my bank says differently. Bottom line, they have my money, I left with only the frustrating task of contacting my bank and disputing the charge.
