Lovely store, and great people working there. I went in for some table linens, and they were quickly retrieved from the back by an associate. It looks like there have been some store improvements in the past few months.
Heather at WS Somerset helped us with our wedding registry yesterday and she was so awesome! Had a fabulous experience! The best customer service I've had in a lonnnnnnng time! She deserves a raise!
My husband just experienced prejudice in the worse way this evening inside Williams-Sonoma Somerset---from behind the register. So much so that he bought the item and went back in 20 minutes later to return the item...I will not ever purchase anything from inside of this store!!!!
