I bought an all clad stick free pan and after one year the stick free part is peeling off. The jerk management won’t replace it or stand behind the products they sell. They say they stand behind them FOR 30 DAYS. Lol!!!! That’s some policy. Our products are only guaranteed for 30 days. Pay a buttload for them for 30 days!!!! This is my favorite store in Short Pump! I love the variety of products and the fact that they offer cooking/baking classes fir adults and children!
When I went into the Short Pump Shop I was impressed with how friendly and competent the staff was. I didn't feel shadowed yet someone was always available when I had a question. The item I wanted wasn't in stock so they ordered it for me from they web shop and had it delivered to my home. That's was such a nice touch. I hear it's a all new team at that location so I urge you to go and convince yourself of their excellent customer service.
Amazing class today! Im definately going to try the sweet potato and black beans chili! And loved shopping in the store after the class.
