Janet is amazing! Helped my fiance and I for hours while we created our wedding registry -- let us have the store to ourselves an hour before it opened and gave us yummy coffee and cake! Couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
Customer interest is not in their mind. This is surprising based on the premium brands they advertise. I had my first experience shopping with them. It was terrible and my issue and $$ are still in limbo. No resolutions. And the customer service is very incompetent without any power to do anything but just repeat the same script. I am never shopping here again. Lesson learnt! Stay away!
Amazing product amazing service. I walked in knowing what I wanted the lovely lady bagged it and made some great other recommendations I ended up purchasing will be back soon.
