Their online customer service is the worst. Placed an order last night. Made a mistake. Called to cancel in the morning. Suddenly unable to. It’s too late. Customer service wasn’t available to cancel in the evening and it was already processed by the time I was able to call in the morning. No option to cancel online. Never again.
Great store!!!! Reasonable prices for the high quality items in there. You’d probably pay more somewhere else for high quality cooking supplies and ingredients. I will be back for more!!!
I love my new Moccamaster! The customer service is always excellent; if there's any way the staff can make something work, they'll do it. I've also found that their pricing is excellent, particularly if you can make purchases during one of their frequent events. I'm a very satisfied customer!
