HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My in laws are here in Connecticut visiting us. The neighbor was checking on the house and noticed a problem with the AC. Our call was answered immediately and the unit was repaired within hours! on a holiday weekend.

Definitely feel the "family owned" parts of this company- they're kind and reasonable and actually talk to you like you're a person and not a number. Fair pricing and professional staff. Well deserved 5 stars

My hot water heater sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. Originally went to one of the big box stores but it was going to be at least 4 days before we could get a new hot water heater installed. Called Williams & Son around 2pm, they came that evening and installed a new one for the same price as the big box store. It only took a little more than an hour. Evan did a great job and when he was done showed me how to operate it. Glad I was able to support a local business. I would use them again and recommend them.

Worked all day to replace my old furnace and put in my brand new furnace and new to me AC! He worked hard and did an amazing job.
