Ive been in the business about 20 years and have never worked with a conpany so horrible. I order a $4000 rifle for a customer, Williams is 4 hours from me....after 5 days, still no gun. Reason Why, they put the wrong address on it, so it cant be delivered. They were informed how important this order was, I checked on the status daily, which at one point they couldn’t even locate it in their facility.
