I have been coming to this store for years and all I can say is wow Liz is so helpful and friendly, always with a smile on her face to welcome the customers. I have come a few times when Liz isn’t there but unfortunately other workers aren’t approachable and friendly.
Liz was the star of the show here, helpful, friendly and full of knowledge. Walked out very happy.
I bought 2 pairs of boots l Online, both pairs were too small. I went into your store at Hurstville , Saturday ,Sunday and today. all 3 days I was served by Galina. Galina is an outstanding Sales Assistant who was so helpful, not pushy at all and very patient. Nothing was a problem for her for me trying various styles of boots. Went above and beyond Highly recommend Galina.
These are my "Colorado" shoes after 1 day of use.
Totallyl pleasant experience.. the shoes we all need them...lol
