Excellent service ethos! I recently bought two pairs of sandals on a 2-for-1 deal at Williams Hornsby. One pair arrived via back-order as promised, but the second pair (ordered to replace a size that didn't fit) never arrived. I was concerned because my sales docket incorrectly showed that I had already taken the shoes.
