Brilliant customer service from the blonde girl working today around 1.30pm at the store. Had come in earlier this week to purchase a pair of sandals and wanted to use my rewards dollars. Unfortunately, my account did not load, so I did not make the purchase. She advised me to purchase them through a click and collect and use my rewards online.
