Unfortunately they sent me the right shoe in a size 36 and the left in a size 37 for my online order.It takes 5 seconds to check prior to posting a pair of shoes in a box but its now a long and inconvenient return process for me due to this lack of care. Was walking by Williams Shoes Elizabeth! I was on a mission.. Meet my dad for Coffee… but, I was Early! All of a sudden I Spotted them! The Boots I had dreamt of for So Many years! LONG RED SUEDE BOOTS! I was Smitten! The young sales lady caught my eye! I Looked at her, back to the boots… flipping them upside down… They were My size!! NO WAy! This store has very good shoes, but the attitude of one lady of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have bought many pairs of shoes at this store, but on 1 occasion they had a special where you buy one pair if shies & the second pair is discounted. I bought the 2 pair but when I hot home I realised that the pair that I thought was just a pair of normal joggers, actually had a raised heel inbuilt which put my toes much lower than the heel, which then put a lot of pressure to my knee. I was warmly welcomed into the store and helped straight away by the staff. They were absolutely lovely and very happy. They assisted me with a return and as I saw a different pair of shoes and made it so easy to do. I recommend this store.
