This store has very good shoes, but the attitude of one lady of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have bought many pairs of shoes at this store, but on 1 occasion they had a special where you buy one pair if shies & the second pair is discounted. I bought the 2 pair but when I hot home I realised that the pair that I thought was just a pair of normal joggers, actually had a raised heel inbuilt which put my toes much lower than the heel, which then put a lot of pressure to my knee. I was warmly welcomed into the store and helped straight away by the staff. They were absolutely lovely and very happy. They assisted me with a return and as I saw a different pair of shoes and made it so easy to do. I recommend this store.
I used to purchase some shoes there. Not anymore. They would not even exchange the defective shoes, citing a 12 month exchange period. Such periods do not sibstitude consumers rights on defective products. I also remember wanting to pay with my card and was looking for the usual icon to swipe my card. She said that I needed to enter how many stars I would give for the service received first before payment. That part was some time back. I did not like that, to be frank.
