My wife was waiting outside for the store to open up, the shopkeeper took her time even though we were standing outside. Eventually opened 10 minutes past 9. Monday 5th January 2026 Punctuality sadly lacking.
Absolutely gross customer service experience by a pack of rude and deceitful staff. Went in twice over the Christmas period to purchase a pair of shoes for my wife. On the second occasion after knowing my wifes size the staff member unfortunately did not have her size. To push the sale the staff member kept saying just buy the one size smaller and just bring in the shoes after Christmas and we can reorder the larger size to the store, exchange or refund no problem. Excellent service from Sandra at Williams Coffs Harbour! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to assist me with my wife's shoes. Sandra's friendly and professional demeanor made the whole experience a pleasure. Highly recommend this store!
Rae is awesome. The shop was busy. Rae and the other lady kept things organised and managed to help everyone consecutively. In store afterpay, bonus. 30% off, extra bonus. We will return.
Walked in today with my wife. One guy on duty behind the counter. Not another soul in the shop. No hello, no greeting, no acknowledgment of any kind what so ever. My wife chose a number of pairs of shoes from the shelves and sat down to wait for assistance with sizing etc. Looked around at the guy behind counter - nothing. Absolutely zero effort - nothing, not a single thing from him. Left the shoes and went to the next shoe shop where my wife bought a number of pairs of shoes at just over $1000.
