On Saturday we visited your store looking for shoes for myself. We have visited almost all shoe shops in our city with shoes that are for difficult feet. Your assistant was almost run off her feet and on her own but she not only helped us with amazing care and support but was helping others at the same time. Well done you have an amazing staff member working in your store. Eileen
Do not buy from this company I purchased a pair of shoes from the there website and they have sent the wrong shoes. They say to text them but the person named zena Keeps sending the same message with a new ticket number. I have emailed twice still no reply. I recommend buying from a company that actually actively communicates with their customers. These guys have the worst customer service Avoid at all cost.
Really good and friendly staff. Didn’t hesitate to show me multiple options. Good selection and plenty of options to choose from.
Had a pair of gorgeous sandals from williams that caved in the heel after 6 months use. Brought the pair back and Williams exchanged them for me no fuss. The lady serving today was lovely and so helpful. She even reminded me of my birthday discount which added onto the purchase to make it an extremely satisfying buy ❤️
Curious as to why the salesperson suggested I try on a size 8 shoe, when I had enquired as to whether the shoe came in a size 10 or 11. Would think that someone in a shoe store would have a basic understanding of how shoe sizes work. Won’t be back.
