Tayla gave me an excellent customer service and is the reason I got the boots last week. Though the boots was tight she went above and beyond to fix my problem. I appreciate your patient listening and problem solving. Great work keep it up.
I came to Williams at Carousel today to buy some new work shoes, and I was assisted by the lovely Tayla (sorry if I’ve spelled her name incorrectly!). She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She carefully suggested which shoes would suit me best and helped me find the right size. Thanks to her recommendations, I ended up buying two lovely pairs of shoes! Her wonderful service truly made my day. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Came in tonight to get some new shoes. There were two girls in store. One girl wearing a denim jacket was stocking shelves, I had no idea she was not serving. I asked for assistance and she abruptly interrupted me to tell me she wasn’t serving. I understand needing to complete tasks out of uniform, but the way it was conveyed immediately deferred me from purchasing. I felt embarrassed by this interaction.

I wanted to say thank you for the sales assistant who helped us out getting with my sons shoes on Sunday 1/2/26. She was so kind to my 7year old when fitting him asking him questions and made him feel comfortable. Unfortunately the shoe we had chosen was the last one and the other shoe in the pair was missing! She took the time to search other stores and give us advice after she had taken alot of time to try locate the shoe.
