I wanted to say thank you for the sales assistant who helped us out getting with my sons shoes on Sunday 1/2/26. She was so kind to my 7year old when fitting him asking him questions and made him feel comfortable. Unfortunately the shoe we had chosen was the last one and the other shoe in the pair was missing! She took the time to search other stores and give us advice after she had taken alot of time to try locate the shoe. Cheap shoes, helpful staff. Exactly what i needed while shoes in for repair.
On Saturday we visited your store looking for shoes for myself. We have visited almost all shoe shops in our city with shoes that are for difficult feet. Your assistant was almost run off her feet and on her own but she not only helped us with amazing care and support but was helping others at the same time. Well done you have an amazing staff member working in your store. Eileen
Do not buy from this company I purchased a pair of shoes from the there website and they have sent the wrong shoes. They say to text them but the person named zena Keeps sending the same message with a new ticket number. I have emailed twice still no reply. I recommend buying from a company that actually actively communicates with their customers. These guys have the worst customer service Avoid at all cost.
Really good and friendly staff. Didn’t hesitate to show me multiple options. Good selection and plenty of options to choose from.
