I called Legacy Home Comfort for a pilot light on a gas fireplace not coming on. They came out to service the fireplace and said they cleaned and serviced it. They also sold me a new remote control which I needed that works great. However, the pilot light went out about an hour after they left. Waited five days seeing if I coudl get it to stay lit and it wouldn't. Called to schedule a replacement appointment. Williams services is awesome! Booked an appointment to service the fireplace in my basement, Tracy came out was starting to work and I happened to mention that what I was looking for was for it to heat up the whole basement. Tracy immediately told me that it wasn’t going to do what I expected it to, she closed the chimney vent for me and suggested I buy a space heater instead. Great advice and she didn’t even charge me for coming in! Honest and trustworthy! Thanks Williams Services!

Williams Services delivered! I needed a technician to take a look at the pilot on my gas fireplace on the same day and Tracey graciously worked me into an already busy schedule. Was efficient and even filmed a user friendly video for future reference. 100% recommend.
I do not reviews often. Only when the service is extremely poor or above and beyond. Williams Service is well above and beyond. They are very professional and they clean up after themselves. They are on time; they are very good at informing us of our options and the advantages and disadvantage of various appliances. They couldn’t be better; I would hire them again and I highly recommend them. Everything you would expect in a contractor and more.
