They do terrible business. They will nickel and dime you for everything including mailing a check for payment, which will cost you $10 extra. Scammers is really what they are.
Total scam artists. Rented a unit for over 10 years and was charged for normal wear and tear (remind you - over 10 years of renting). HVAC service, chipped cheap tile flooring and baseboards... horrible. Would definitely encourage you to look elsewhere for renting office space.
