Dont trust bernie imo. Absolutely terrible experience. They put exposed nails through standing seam metal, did not replace sheathing as agreed, left tears in metal work, left holes, shorted pieces to the ridge, installed valleys incorrectly and put on two different colors. They left buckles in the metal, left debris under the metal. Did an absolutely terrible job. Made multiple attempts to communicate these issues during and after they bailed. My landlord hired this company to do a roofing, door replacement, and window replacement job this year. The roofs were done, but the delays on the doors make me question if I want them to even touch my windows. They took my door off, put a new one in, did NOT replace my inner frame, did NOT give me a latch plate until the week AFTER, and claimed they wanted to add better screws since my door is supposedly heavier than the rest. It's been 2 weeks and it's still not done, and other apartments on my development feel this sting,... read more
