I had no heat and had heard about Williams. They called me back after I left a message on Sunday at 7:50 am on Monday morning and said they'd be out that morning. Dispatcher called and said 30 minutes and the repair man was there 30 minutes later. He inspected the furnace, went out to the truck and got the part and 10 minutes later I had heat! The repair person was pleasant and professional and complete in his inspection and installation and didn't even mind when I wanted to watch and learn and answered all my questions. ... read more
