Overall service was good, Marilyn in the office knows whats going on. Do NOT use the agent Thomas Barr. He never had answers to my questions about termite inspections, etc , and isnt particularly helpful either. Ive worked with many agents, and most of them are willing to help you in ANY way. This man did the bare minimum work. I honestly dont know how this man still works in realty. He was also quite pushy and rude with the seller. Who he of course, didnt want us to talk to.
