Bad service, bad diagnosis, shady. Came to the house and diagnosed a main line blockage with no access to a drain line cap so it would have to be more as he'd have to get on the roof and go through a vent (he said the main one I have in the front lawn is only for the main city sewer line). Home warranty company didn't cover it, but they worked with me and said they'd credit the $100 service fee toward the repair. After we bought our house Gary was a great help replacing our water heater and old corroded shut off fittings, he was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He is a no nonsense guy with none of the add on sales pressure that I got from one of the bigger companies. Highly Recommend!
