Had trouble with our new home garbage disposal and used the home warranty. Very sceptical at first but after meeting Gary and watching his professionalism at our home I was very impressed. The timeliness and thorough inspection of the area under our sink was great. He even pointed out to me how to reinforce our sink under the countertop! Top notch service! Bad service, bad diagnosis, shady. Came to the house and diagnosed a main line blockage with no access to a drain line cap so it would have to be more as he'd have to get on the roof and go through a vent (he said the main one I have in the front lawn is only for the main city sewer line). Home warranty company didn't cover it, but they worked with me and said they'd credit the $100 service fee toward the repair. He said they'd need to authorize it and give him a service code and then he can get us in the next time he's in F... read more

After we bought our house Gary was a great help replacing our water heater and old corroded shut off fittings, he was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He is a no nonsense guy with none of the add on sales pressure that I got from one of the bigger companies. Highly Recommend!
