Joe Miller came out on November 11th to check out our hot water heater. He was very professional and looked over everything. Also found out that our dryer vent was not correct and underneath our house had lent. Today both Joe Miller and Guido came out to install a new hot water heater and fixed other items. I was very impressed on how they went to work and explained everything they were doing. I have found myself a new plumber to use. Thank you to both of them for everything they did today.

RECENTLY USED WILLIAMS PHA TO INSTALL A SOLAR ASSISTED AMERICAN STANDARD VARIABLE SPEED 20 SEER SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE ZONE CONTROL FOR OUR HOME. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE QUALITY OF THE EQUIPMENT DELIVERED AND THE MANNERISMS THE INSTALLERS USED IN HANDLING THESE COMPONENTS. I had my AC serviced this week, and as usual the Williams Plumbing Heating and Air technician was very professional and explained everything in detail, answering all of my questions. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. I continue to recommend them to others.
