We made an appointment 3 weeks prior to my husbands knee replacement to start therapy the 3 rd day post surgery. We filled out the new patient forms and gave them our insurance card and told them to call us if the were out of network so we could make other arrangements in a timely manner. Went on the day of the appt and I asked to make sure they were in network. They were not and didn't bother calling us and left us in a major bind. They would never have told us if I hadn't ask.
