i specifically asked if they could work with wasps in a chimney, and they assured me they would send two technicians to climb on the roof. during my appointment, only one technician showed up, he had little to no experience with wasps in a chimney. he also seemed surprised when i told him that’s where the problem was, as if he had no communication with the person who set the appointment. his suggestions were to throw a bug bomb up the chimney, close the vent and hope for the best. sounds extremely unsafe and that’s terrible ... read more
