1. Scheduled to start on a Wednesday and changed at last minute to the following Monday after I reached out because I hadn't heard from him. 2. Apparently you are the quality control even though you paid for a licensed contractor to oversee the work. He should inspect the work and then after approving the work, should then ask if the homeowner has any concerns. I continue to find sloppy incomplete painting/ drywall repairs throughout my home. 3. Williams and his team were outstanding to work with. They did a phenomenal job on our flooring, kitchen upgrade, and painting. The project was delivered on time, and they even brought in extra crew to ensure the work was completed with the highest quality and to our full satisfaction. I have worked with William several times now as a real estate agent. I refer him to my clients to help them get their homes ready for the real estate market. He does a great job and a very quick job. He sends a crew of experienced carpenters and painters who get the job done in record time. I needed him in a pinch the other day because an HOA had complained about some paint work on the front of my clients home. He showed up with a few days notice and completed the work. I used this company for painting aluminum exterior. William definitely knows what he is doing. He did the initial work of assessing the work, create the quote for material and labor, and matching paint color. His price was a little higher than others. However, when I talked to him he explained what he was going to do in detail and then gave me a very detailed quote. William is very humble and spent time to answer my questions/concerns. I am very happy with the end result. I would definitely use this company again.

William Painting and Remodeling painted molding around the top of my living room and dinning room, changing the color from a dark red to a warm contemporary color. The work required great attention to detail and an extraordinary effort to perfectly match the existing color in my family room. Their work was highly professional and well done. It deserves five stars.
