Williams repaired damage to our Tahoe. We were delighted with the work done, the time to complete and the staff! Brent and Chad were a pleasure to work with. They took care of us in every way! Had to get my bulb replace on my 2013 GMC Acadia Denali and if anyone knows it’s not easy to do by yourself at home. You basically have to take the bumper off (I thought you had to go through the wheel well) they fixed it in 30 minutes and did not charge me. They will defiantly get my business if ever needed.
Brent Williams gives me a quote for a simple mirror cover replacement in November 2017. I call him every week until January 3, 2018 when he has one of his workers tell me to go get the part and they would install it. That wasn't the original agreement. I feel that if he gave me a bad bid or needed to change something, then Brent should have just told me; however, he just kept telling me that he was waiting on the part. do not take you car or truck here beware they are not at all honest and do not do the job they are paid to do correctly . you will have to fight them in the end and it will cost you money that they have already been paid to do to fix your own car ...
I’ve been using Williams since 1976! They always do a great job and are a pleasure to deal with. Today I picked up my wife’s Durango that had $5,100 worth of hail damaged repaired. They not only did a perfect job, they even vacuumed it and put on tire shine! Very nice people over there.
THEY ARE THE BEST!!! WOULDN'T EVEN THINK OF GOING ANY PLACE ELSE!!!
