Unfortunately if a service appointment is booked and a tech is sent out, you will be charged accordingly. All quotes go through the service manager(me) not a technician and quotes are always free. RecommendedI recently switched from a different service provider to “The Heat People”. For starters my boiler is an older unit, which naturally can be a little more difficult to work with. The technician Brandon had outstanding attention to detail and work ethic, which lately is very hit or miss to come across in my opinion.
