I am so disappointed in his man. Ordered a stone on the 28th of oct. 25. Still not received it. He is supposed to to be a man of faith. It looks like he took my money and ran.

I highly don’t recommend David Williams it’s been a year or so that my mother has passed it’s been paid in full and he never ever answers. He never replies back there is my mother’s side still empty. Poor service please never give your money to this man. When we paid for our dad’s same thing he took forever to put it out there and it has been a headache. It’s rude to pay something off and it’s still not completed.

No stars. This man was pleasant and accommodating until I paid him the full amount for the headstone. In May, he promised to have it done in 6 weeks. The middle of June, I started communicating asking for updates but he did not return my phone calls, texts, or emails so I went to his business on August 21. He told me then that it would be done by the end of that week. I've been very patient...it's now November and he will not return my calls, texts or emails. BEWARE!!! Do Not give this man your money you are going to regret it and just wait and wait, and it will never get done. I paid this man in advance over a year ago to get a final date engraved on my grandparents existing headstone. It was a process/job that was supposed to have been no later than three months. As stated per the owner David every time I would call to see if he was close to getting it done. It was an excuse after excuse and kept saying he was not able to break away and do final dates.
