I called last Thursday and the lady who runs/owns the facility was on the road and said that they have someone who helps them while away and I would have to work around his very busy work schedule in order to get the paperwork. She said she would get back to me when she was able to get a hold of her helper and would call me to make arrangements for the paperwork.
