Trevor was so awesome to work with, selling our home and purchasing a new one. They're great, Trevor responds quickly to issues and maintenance is great.
Provide excellent service. Mr W******* and team are highly professional and accommodating; they are meticulous in recording keeping and detailed research to support recommendations or decisions for any given situation. I trust Mr W******* judgement and truly believe that he keeps my best interests in mind.
This is the worst expierience. I moved in. Pet friendly. I had to clean it. Dirty dishes in drawers. Dirty stove, dirty fridge. Dirty carpet. Stench in basement. That I believe was from goffers getting in from yard. Piles of goffer digs everywhere. Druggies in the back. I had to let the owner take my garage. It was a 1 bd. 779.00 month, then 100.00 were added a month later. Pet friendly. Was good on low pet fee though. Little fees here and there. I left a previous PM who did management as a sideline not a primary business and as a result it was very haphazard and things fell through the cracks. One of my homes did not even have fire alarms, Trevor identified and resolved this after his first visit to the property. The difference after I contacted Trevor was immediately apparent. He is extremely responsive by text, email and calls. He has his systems in place and his online portal is excellent. I did extensive research and I am very pleased.
The Williams Family has been awesome to Us; I would not be able to recommend Them Business wise unfortunately, The ******* Family has had Their fill of -low right- Renting Law in Utah, (guess true rights & respects come when Ya get to own, lesson learned;). ;Thanks Williams Management Group of Utah (Red Key), for always choosing to be fair with Us :D!
