The woman who is the main contact point while trying to set up your loved ones services doesn’t respond to any emails or phone calls. Then once you finally get ahold of someone who works there they blame you for her not returning any calls. Once the day of the service arrived the woman who was working put me to work while I was trying to pay respects to my father who had passed. Also the priest was dressed like a carpenter whose side job was was reading scripture at the corner neighborhood bar.

Extremely disorganized. The funeral directors are also very insensitive and not helpful at all. This is more of a venue. Don’t expect any help with funeral preparation or planning. They never get back to you when you have questions if you call or email. Very disappointed with my experience

I just had my mom's funeral there today an I want to thank Mark an the others that did a great job I felt like it turned out wonderful Thank you!!!

LET ME JUST START WITH OVER $ 9000.00 For a cremation funeral This was a terrible experience the music for the service got messed up two to three times we had to rent an urn for my Mom's ashes because it cost so much on top of it we didn't get to keep any of my Mom's ashes and then at the cemetery we weren't even allowed to put dirt in where they buried my mother and we couldn't watch as she was put into the ground. Think twice about using this place unless you want to get ripped off. One word CONARTISTS
