Sorry to report that Steve and his partner Matthew Carter were unreliable. They didn’t come 3 or 4 times when they agreed to arrive. The work was acceptable, but they took 2 of my expensive loopers & pruners when they loaded up their belongings. It has been a couple of weeks that I have tried to have them return my property. Again I get responses agreeing to do so, but I still don’t have my property. I can’t recommend them.
