The assertion of Ms. Britt is not correct in any way. Every phone call was returned to the client and he was kept apprised of the case. The client's hearing was conducted telephonically where my Firm and the client participated in. The client did not fly from California as Ms. Britt has stated. My Firm has not been contacted regarding any issues with my representation. I will reach out to the client directly to address any concerns that he has.
