Lance did some wonderful work for us for a time before the pandemic then, like everyone at that time finding help was hard so he often didn’t show or respond. I messaged him in November of 2021 and he responded he’d get back to me the next day with a quote and I never heard from him again. I tried one more time a month or so ago and he responded that he’d come take a look at my needs and what was my schedule like. I gave him my schedule and was ghosted again. This crew has been doing our lawn care for about a year. Since they always do a great job we hired them to plant some trees for us. Lance came out to get an idea of what we were looking for and gave us recommendations on which trees would be best. We expressed that we wanted to plant a tree and place the ashes of our beloved dog with the tree as a living memorial.
